About RCCA RCCA is a nonprofit organization established in 2003. Our mission is to build a stronger Cherokee Community in Rogers County by providing information about our tribal government and programs and opportunities to learn about Cherokee culture.

Location RCCA is located 5 miles South of Claremore and 9 miles North of Inola on Hwy 88 at 15488 East 523 Road, Claremore, OK 74019. The RCCA building is 0.4 miles East of Justus Tiawah School’s North campus.
